The clothes are brought in from Peru under fair-trade practices. The knits are 100% Rayon, which is a natural fiber made from recycled wood pulp. It is environmentally friendly, soft and super comfortable! Rayon is hypoallergenic, incredibly absorbent and wicks moisture away, making it great as summer wear!
Picaflor is available for both boys and girls, in a range of sizes from preemie through 7/8y.
My boys had an opportunity to try on some gorgeous outfits in the Julian style. One is wearing Olive and the other is wearing Avocado/White. The Julian style includes shorts in sizes up to 3T. After that your order would include shirts only. Other styles that caught my eye for little boys include the Guayabera and Ollie Overall Shorts.
The last time my boys wore their outfits it felt like it was 100% outside. But they were completely comfortable playing outside, as well as being inside a cool building. The Rayon was a great choice for the day. The shirts fit really well, not too tight nor too loose. Plus, even after my little one dripped melted cheese on his shirt, it washed out and both outfits were as gorgeous as ever.
My boys are similar in size. The oldest is 27 pounds and 36 inches. The younger one is also 27 pounds, but 33.5 inches tall. They both are wearing 3T in the photos.
There is also a great selection for girls! Choosing a specific item is hard, although the Julia Peasant Dress and Yaya Puff Romper really stand out for me! I love the bright colors and unique styles. It's perfect for summer fun!
